I would LOVE to take a hands on workshop with Robert Dancik! He will be attending the Synergy polymer conference in Baltimore this Febuary and I really wish to go! his work is exceptional and I am in awe if the faux bone technique that he has mastered.

So I recently made the earnest decision to quit my day job and focus my time back into jewelry production. Its been a near 6 week gradual adjustment and at times I feel at a loss, I awake and wonder what I'll do with the day....nevertheless, I am SO grateful to be able to work with my hands again (happy sigh) I have been rearranging and organizing my studio and have decided to clean out my bead stash. I've posted many treasures in my etsy shop I hope to find homes for all my well cared for beads and boggles.

I am returning to blogland with a new name. yes, I am now Mrs. Heather Wynn Millican and I have officially married my best friend!!He also happens to be the most handsome, sweetest, most charmingly brilliant man ever. We eloped on October 14th in Las Vegas and it was perfectly perfect. I am overjoyed :)

My dear friends Andrew Thornton and Lorelei Eurto have been sending gentle words of encouragement for some time now. oh, how they have made me feel dearly loved and missed. thank you. I will try my very best to catch up on lost time and fill everyone in on the happenings of my world..... first and foremost, I am head over heels in love. A certain wonderful someone has completely stolen my heart and I am blissfully smitten beyond words. His name is Scott and I have known him since I was 15. Of course we have not been in touch over the past 18 years but by perfect timing and the divine touch of fate, we crossed paths. We have worked in the same building for the past year and occasionally made quick nervous conversation. Our main correspondence was via Facebook, sending flirtatious emails and bonding by our shared love for 'The Office' and will ferrell movie quotes. I avoided his hints of going on a date for several months before I accepted an invite to dinner. I am now forever grateful for his patience and persistence.
